I shared this book with my 54-year old dad and we decided to follow the CUSP method! It’s been three days and we feel great. Like Jaclyn says, the problem is not knowing how to make the decisions, and this leads to poor eating habits. Glad I bought it–you will be too!!

I am a man so I didn't think that this book was for me. And oh boy I was wrong! This book is truly a must-read for everyone! I have been following the CUSP Method for almost 6 months now and I can honestly say it has improved my overall health and life.
